Each treatment page explains what it is, who it suits, how the visit goes, the downtime and the typical price.

  • Gloved hands preparing a small syringe in a softly lit treatment room

    Injectables: what to expect

Small doses of prescription medicine for frown and squint lines, and hyaluronic acid filler for areas that have lost volume. Planned by Dr. Valcourt at your first visit.

  • A white skin treatment device with two handpieces on a wooden cart

Laser skin treatments: what to expect

Intense pulsed light for brown spots and redness, and a gentle fractional laser for texture and fine lines. Usually a series of sessions, planned for the darker months.

  • An esthetician in blue gloves wrapping a warm towel around a client lying on a treatment bed

  • A handheld treatment device moving over gel on a client’s abdomen, with a green towel below

Meet your medical director

Dr. Valcourt sees every new injectable and laser client herself. Nurses and a physician assistant carry out the plan she writes.

How a first visit goes

  1. Online or by phone

    You ask for a consultation

Five short questions on the booking page. The front desk replies within one business day with two or three times.

  2. 30 minutes, $75

    Consultation with Dr. Valcourt

She goes through your health history, looks at the area with you and writes a plan with prices. The $75 comes off your first treatment.

  3. Same day or later

    Treatment, if you want it

Many simple treatments can be done the same day. You can also take the plan home and decide later.

  4. Two weeks after

    Two-week check

Every first injectable or laser treatment gets a short follow-up visit at no charge.

I came in to ask about the lines between my eyebrows and left with a written plan, two prices and no pressure to book that day. I booked the following week.

The Sorrel Club

Most of our regular clients come in once a month for a facial or a peel and a few times a year for injectables. The club turns that into one monthly price: $129 a month includes a facial or light peel every month and 10 percent off everything else.

There is a six-month minimum, and you can cancel after that with 30 days' notice. Compare the two club plans and read the terms.

Before you book

Do I need a consultation before a treatment?

For injectables, laser and body treatments, yes: the first visit always starts with one. Facials and light peels can be booked directly.

Who does the treatments?

Licensed staff only: our medical director, a registered nurse, a physician assistant and a licensed esthetician. Dr. Valcourt reviews every injectable and laser plan.

Do you show before-and-after photos?

No. Every face and body responds differently, and photos of other people say little about what will happen for you. At your consultation we talk through what is realistic, and we photograph your own treatment for your chart.

Where do I park?

Street parking on First Street and Washington Street, and the village lots a short walk away. The Hinsdale Metra station is about five minutes on foot.
