Prices

Prices on the site are typical starting prices. Your exact price is written into your treatment plan at the consultation, and that written price is the one that applies.

Membership

Membership terms are shown on the membership page and in the agreement you sign when you join. If they differ, the signed agreement applies.

Booking requests
