What this notice covers

This notice explains what Sorrel Room Aesthetics collects through this website, why, who receives it and how long it is kept. It does not cover your medical records, which are kept in our clinical system and covered by the separate notice you receive at your first visit.

What the booking form collects

When you request a consultation we receive your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in and, if you choose one, the time of day that suits you. The form does not ask about your health, medicines or medical history, and we ask you not to include them. We go over your health history in person.

We use these details only to reply to your request and arrange your visit. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.

Who receives your request

• Our front desk team, who reply to you.
• The service that delivers form messages to our inbox, and the email service behind it.
• A backup store run by our website host, so a request is not lost if delivery fails. Requests are deleted from it after 90 days.
• A bot check that helps stop automated spam. It sees technical details about your browser and never sees what you typed into the form.

Visit counting

To see which pages are read, the site may use a visit counter that does not set cookies, does not identify you and is not connected to any advertising company. It never runs on the booking page, the thank-you page or any treatment page, so no record is made of which treatments you looked at.

The site has no advertising pixels, no session recording and no social media tracking.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. The demo look switcher, where it appears, remembers your choice in your own browser and sends it nowhere.

You can ask us what we hold about you from this website, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@sorrelroom.example or calling (630) 555-0187.
